What precautions/policies do you implement for client safety? | Client safety and sanitation is always a top priority. Board regulations on sanitation has always been standard practice. As of 2020 and through these unprecedented times all sanitation and client safety has been amplified. I am barbecide certified and continue to update my knowledge on any changes within the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. |

What is your cancellation policy? | Booking fees are due upon making an appointment and are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
15 minutes late or more to an appointment will result in a rescheduled appointment. |
How long do appointments take? | This will vary depending on the type of service you get. Most haircuts can take 30-60 minutes. Colors can take anywhere from 2-5 hours. Please plan your day accordingly. It is important to notify me prior of any time restraints. Please allow for ample time so we can make sure all of your needs are met without any rush. |
How long have you been doing hair? | I attended Career Academy of Beauty and graduated in 2005. I received my California Cosmetology license in 2006. My first job was at Regis in 2006 where i worked until 2008. I have been professionally working on my own since 2008 as an independant contractor at Synergy Salon and Spa and most recently at Alexanders Arman Salon and Spa. I opened up my very own studio March of 2020. |

Are you insured? | Absolutely. I am fully insured with liability insurance at both of my locations. |
